North Shore Project

Nothing captures our attention like a constant view of Lake Michigan.

Storage, functionality and most importantly atmosphere all contributed to this project. Since the condo presented a very linear floorplan with windows only on the lakefront & rear ends of the home, special care was taken in our layout to maximize both daylight, movement and privacy.
